RESEARCH SPOTLIGHT: SPINAL DECOMPRESSION AS A NON-SURGICAL OPTION FOR SCIATICA AND LOW BACK PAIN
The current issue of the Journal of Contemporary Chiropractic includes a research article titled,
CLINICAL AND IMAGING OUTCOMES OF NON-SURGICAL SPINAL DECOMPRESSION FOR LUMBAR INTERVERTEBRAL DISC LESIONS: A CASE SERIES.
The researchers were able to successfully demonstrate that spinal decompression was an effective way to address low back pain and sciatica! That's great news considering that, "low back pain affects approximately 70-85% of people during their lifetime."
The results of the study revealed a huge decrease in the participants' pain and disability levels!
If you're suffering with low back pain, sciatica, or degenerative disc disease and want to avoid surgery and painkillers, we can help!
